Shonda Rhimes Sued Over the Quality of Her Sidewalk
Shonda Rhimes is responsible for the storylines behind hit shows Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal, and How to Get Away With Murder, but there’s a plot twist happening in her real life that’s left us scratching our heads.
According to reports, Rhimes is being sued by interventional neuroradiologist Dr. Kuo Chao, because he tripped and fell in front of her home.
In June of 2017, Dr. Chao claims he was jogging passed Shonda Rhimes’ Los Angeles mansion when he tripped over an unleveled area of sidewalk in front of her home. That fall allegedly resulted in a broken wrist and damaged cartilage. The doctor claims that the fall has caused a loss of strength and stamina, and limited his range of motion in his wrist and arm – which in return, has greatly affected his ability to treat his patients.
He says both Shonda and the City of LA are responsible for this. He is asking for unspecified amount in damages.
Should Shonda Rhimes be held for the doctor’s sidewalk scandal?
