Taye Diggs Sued By Talent Agency Over Unpaid Commissions After Being Fired In July
Taye Diggs is being sued by his former talent agency over unpaid commissions/wages. The agency known as Authentic Talent and Literary Management (ATLM) is claiming Diggs has not presented commissions/payments from the many endorsement deals, acting jobs, and movies they’ve helped secure over the years. The organization claims since being hired in 2015, they performed “exemplary” services up until their firing in late July.

In the suit, the organization claims,
Diggs has wrongfully failed and refused to abide by his legal obligations to pay Plaintiff commissions in connection with the numerous deals and employment obtained during the parties’ management relationship, including but not limited to the following: the All American, Beauty and the Beast, Crossovers, 25 Words or Less and [multiple] endorsement deals.
Adding,
Plaintiff has made repeated efforts to obtain payment from Diggs in order to avoid litigation. Regrettably, however, Diggs has failed and refused to abide by his obligations hereunder and to tender commissions and post-termination commissions and other payments due and owing Plaintiff.
The lawsuit was filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday; the talent agency is seeking unspecified damages and declaratory relief.
