Bow Wow Feels He Deserves A Biopic Despite His Young Age
Rapper/actor Shad “Bow Wow” Moss seems to have taken his recent domestic violence incident with ex-girlfriend, Leslie “Kiyomi Leslie” Holden, on the chin, and moving forward with future plans for his career. In fact, his recent Instagram Story hints that he’s inspired by the current trend in the music industry of career-spanning documentaries and movies. Although many believe that at just 31-years-old, he should wait for more things to happen in his career. However, Bow Wow is a special case, considering he’s been in the limelight since the tender age of 13. He said:
“Ayo, it just hit me, like, as I look at my life – I look at everything that I accomplished and everything and everything I’ve gon through, it’s like my movie and my story is already being written. And I feel like I ain’t gotta wait til I’m 40, I don’t gotta wait til I’m 50, I don’t gotta wait til I’m 60-years-old to be able to have my own movie, my story, or my own documentary. I feel like people putting age limits on when you can become a G.O.A.T., or when you supposed to be a legend. If the work is put in, the work is put in.”
He continued:
“You know, with that being said, I was just looking at Jermaine’s documentary, and I’m just sittin’ here thinking like, ‘Damn, how come I ain’t got the Bow Wow documentary?” Like, motherf*ckas always be intrigued with what I’m doing. Everybody wanna know the truths. Everybody wanna know what’s really going on. If I really told the Bow Wow story, and let y’all in on a lot of things that y’all don’t know about. Relationships, how certain things even happen, how- like, you know what I’m sayin’? It’s time. It’s time.”
