Ja Rule received severe flak after seemingly making a joke about the publicized Fyre Festival in an Instagram caption Thursday. Rule shared a photo of himself crouched and posing in front of a mural, with an attached subtitle stating,

Stay low and keep Fyreing….Too soon??? [Laughing emoji] 

People weighed in on the “Always On Time” rapper’s sentiments towards the victims of Festival. One social media user wrote,
