Ice Cube Says He’ll Pay $100K For Damages To A Looted Walmart As Long As There Are ‘No Arrests’

Legendary and controversial rapper Ice Cube (50), real name O’Shea Jackson is using his funds to help a looted Walmart.

On Saturday, May 30th, a Walmart in Tampa, Florida was looted by more than 200 people during a protest for George Floyd.

At the time Walmart was closed because of the protest going on at the University Mall nearby. Blunt objects were used to break the glass doors before hundreds of people rushed in and reportedly took more than $100,000 worth of items. The local sheriff’s department is asking the public to help identify the looters and also stated that the act was disrespectful to the peaceful protesters who were expressing themselves without violence.

Ice Cube reacted with this tweet:

“No arrest and I’ll cover the $100k. Deal?”

Walmart has not responded to Ice Cube’s offer.

On the other side of things, “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Porsha Williams and her fiancé Dennis McKinley, along with model Chrissy Teigen, have donated money to bail out and provide legal services for protesters arrested.
