Iggy Azalea Says She Is Single And Raising Her Son Alone, Confirming Split From Playboi Carti

After months of speculation, Iggy Azalea confirms she is single. The 30-year-old rapper took to her Instagram on Friday night (Oct.23) sharing some subliminal messages about loyalty and someone losing “a real 1”. She wrote:

“You lost a real 1!!!!”

She then posted another message saying,

“People take loyalty for granted & That’s why I’d rather be alone.”

Iggy Azalea shared another message with fans to clarify and confirm that she is indeed single. Iggy wrote:

“What I meant last night was that I’m raising my son alone & I’m not in a relationship.”

Iggy Azalea and fellow rapper Playboi Carti started dating back in 2018. The pair have had an on again, off again relationship over the past two years. In December 2019, they reportedly broke up. Iggy posted a message on her Instagram saying she was single, however, the couple quickly reconciled.

In June of this year, Iggy Azalea confirmed she was pregnant and that she and Playboi Carti welcomed a son after months of speculation. She wrote:

“I have a son. I kept waiting for the right time to say something but it feels like the more time passes the more I realize I’m always going to feel anxious to share news that giant with the world. I want to keep his life private but wanted to make it clear he is not a secret and I love him beyond words.”
