Kamala Harris – Celebrities React To Senator Becoming 1st Female VP, Kanye West, Keke Palmer & More
Celebrities didn’t waste time in congratulating Kamala Harris for being the first woman VP. In addition, she’s also the first Black VP and first Asian-American VP.
The news was announced Saturday afternoon (Nov. 7th).
Kamala Harris called Joe Biden amid the news and said:
“We did it! You’re gonna be the next President of the United States!”

She also had no problem changing her bio to reflect her new status as she added “Vice President-Elect of the United States”

Celebrities took to social media to express their excitement over Kamala Harris’ history-making win, including Kanye West, who ran for president himself this year. He wrote:
“Congratulations to @JoeBiden on becoming the new President of the United States and @KamalaHarris on being the first women in history to become Vice President !!”




Before the win was declared, Cardi B also shared footage of Kamala Harris dancing to her music.
