Megan Thee Stallion Donates Over $8,000 To Fan’s GoFundMe To Help W/ Funeral Expenses
Megan Thee Stallion is continuing to show her fans–the “Hotties”–that she’ll stand with them through the hard times!
Yesterday, a Twitter user reached out to the rapper to announce she started a GoFundMe page to help with her best friend’s funeral, tweeting:
“Meg we lost a hottie [insert crying emoji] our best friend passed away unexpectedly. They absolutely loved you, listening to ur songs was something we did every time we were together. We’re helping their family w funeral costs. We started a [GoFundMe] and are halfway there. @theestallion.”
Shortly thereafter, Megan Thee Stallion quote tweeted the user and asked how much they needed.

After discovering $8,000 was still needed to cover the funeral costs, the rapper donated a total of $8,155. She also uploaded proof of the transaction, letting fans know that she came through and helped a fellow “hottie” in their time of need.

After receiving Megan Thee Stallion‘s donation, the fan elatedly proclaimed their GoFundMe goal was met and thanked the “Thot S**t” rapper for her great assistance.

This instance is not the first time Megan Thee Stallion stepped up to help fund a fan’s funeral expenses. Back in 2019, a fan was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting after leaving a club appearance by Megan Thee Stallion and Wale. After hearing the news, Megan Thee Stallion sent her heartfelt condolences and also donated $1,200 for the fan’s funeral expenses. Additionally, she told the GoFundMe page’s organizer:
“Let me kno[w] if y’all still need more if it don’t make it high enough.”
