Wendy Williams Is ‘Stable’ & Improving During Her Hospitalization, TV Host’s Brother Says ‘She’s Hanging In There’
Wendy Williams is making progress during her time in a psychiatric hospital.
As previously reported, Wendy Williams checked herself into a psychiatric hospital this past Tuesday (Sept. 14th) to undergo evaluations. This news came a few days after her popular talk show, The Wendy Williams Show, announced she was “dealing with some ongoing health issues.”

Additionally, The Wendy Williams Show later announced that Wendy Williams was diagnosed with COVID-19. Due to the situation, the season 13 premiere of the talk show was moved back to early October.

Now, there has been an update to Wendy Williams‘ situation. According to her younger brother, Tommy Williams, Wendy is steadily improving during her hospitalization. During a lengthy YouTube video, he shared:
“I really do believe and have the faith that Wendy’s going to make it… We’ve been hit just like other families. You know it’s not easy [but] you got to dig yourself out, you got to hold on to the memories and we have some good ones.
Tommy Williams added:
“She’s doing well. Stable. I’ve spoken with her, and we’re hanging in there. She’s hanging in there. We’re praying. She’s fighting.”
