Tristan Thompson Confirms He Fathered 3rd Child, Apologizes to Khloé Kardashian

Tristan Thompson is now the father of three children. Last night (January 3rd), the NBA star took to social media, confirming that he did indeed a child with a woman named Maralee Nichols.

He writes,

“Today, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols. I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son. I sincerely apologize to everyone I’ve hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publicly and privately.”

He also apologizes to Khloe, who he was allegedly dating at the time that he impregnated Nichols.

“Khloé, you don’t deserve this. You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don’t deserve the way I have treated you over the years. My actions certainly have not lined up with the way I view you. I have the utmost respect and love for you. Regardless of what you may think. Again, I am so incredibly sorry.”

Tristan previously denied having sex with Maralee in California where the paternity case was filed. Trisan has two other children – a 3-year-old daughter True with Khloe and a son Prince, 5, whose mother is ex Jordan Craig.

Maralee has a paternity suit against Tristan, which was filed in Los Angeles, is still pending. She is suing him pregnancy-related fees and child support.

Khloe has yet to comment publicly.
