NeNe Leakes Says She’s Never Been Called Arrogant: ‘Most People Who Are Arrogant Are Very Insecure & I’m Not Insecure At All’
Nene Leakes sets the record straight for those who may find her arrogant!
The 54-year-old reality tv star has been a guest co-host on The Real for the past week while Jeannie Mai, 43, is still on maternity leave. During a recent episode of the show, Nene Leakes along with co hosts, Garcelle Beauvais, 55, Loni Love, 50, and Adrienne Houghton, 38, were talking about about women often being mislabeled as arrogant instead of confident.
The segment begins with Garcelle saying that people probably think Nene is confident which Nene owns and proudly admits that she is indeed confident. Loni then interjected saying,
“But they take it as arrogance”
Nene says,
“I’ve never had anyone to call me arrogant.”
Seemingly surprised by the answer, Loni interjected,
“Really Neene?”
Nene replied,
“Never, and that’s on my life..I’ve never. Confident yes, arrogant is a stank attitude and that is not who I am at all…Most people who are arrogant are very insecure and I am not insecure at all.”

Some fans felt Loni Love was being shady towards Nene Leakes and was trying to call her out, while others felt as though Nene is indeed arrogant and was lying during the segment. See reactions below:
