Cardi B – Blogger Tasha K Files Appeal Weeks After Being Ordered To Pay Rapper $4 Million
It looks like Tasha K was serious when she said she doesn’t have $4 million to pay out!
The YouTube blogger who was ordered to pay Cardi B $4 million in damages for defamation, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress, is now taking her case to the higher court in hopes it will overturn the multi-million-dollar judgment against her.

According to Radar, Tasha K’s (real name Latasha Kebe) legal team filed an appeal on Thursday, March 17, just one month after a jury found her liable over statements she made on her Youtube channel about Cardi B. The filing reads,
“The above-named Defendants, Latasha Kebe and Kebe Studios LLC, appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit from the final judgment entered on February 17, 2022. Respectfully submitted this 17th day of March, 2022.”

This move by Tasha K and her legal time comes after the media personality publicly stated that she did not have the funds to pay Cardi B. During an interview with Kendra G of Social Society, Taska K suggested that she has a few more legal moves up her sleeve and doesn’t plan on actually paying. When asked about coming up with the funds to cover the damages, the internet personality jokingly answered:
“I ain’t got it! Don’t ask me for no money!”
Tasha got serious and continued:
“We have business things in place that takes care of things like this. Now, of course, the appellate court and the supreme court is in process right now.”
Cousins ! Tasha K has officially responded to the L she took in court recently within the Cardi B defamation case. The blogger states that when it comes down to the $4M she’s been ordered to cough up, she ain’t got it! ???

Reportedly, Tasha K has yet to file her brief explaining the reasons why she believes the judgment should be reversed.
