Regé-Jean Page In Talks To Return To Netflix’s ‘Bridgerton’ For Season Three After Opting Out Of Second Season
Regé-Jean Page has reportedly had a change of mind and might be appearing in season three of “Bridgerton.”
Reports show that Regé-Jean Page has been discussing coming back to one of Netflix’s biggest hits, “Bridgerton,” after withdrawing from season two. Regé-Jean Page, 34, plays the Duke of Hastings in the hit Netflix series. Despite the actor’s disappearance from season two, Daphne Bridgerton, Page’s on-screen wife portrayed by Phoebe Dynevor, still appeared throughout the show. According to reports, Page only had a one-season contract.

However, there have been talks of Page returning to season three of the series. A source stated:
“Regé-Jean was always very open about his intention to quit the show after the first season and to move on to other projects. But recently there has been a dialogue between him and the show’s bosses.”
The source continued:
“Nothing has been formally agreed yet, but watch this space.”
In a previous interview, Page admitted to being flattered to get the opportunity to receive this iconic role and to be included with other inspiring British actors.
Page said:
“Ah, the B word. I think that if you are British and you do anything of note, that other people take notice of, then people will start talking about that.”
The 34-year-old actor added:
“I think that’s fairly normal and I’m flattered to be in the category of Brits that people have noticed. Nothing more – or less – than that.”
