Rege-Jean Page Denies Returning To Netflix’s ‘Bridgerton’ For A Third Season
Rumors of Rege-Jean Page appearing on season three of ‘Bridgerton’ has come to an end.
On Wednesday (June 22) Rege-Jean Page posted a picture on Instagram alongside castmate Jonathan Bailey. Rege-Jean Page reveals being happy reuniting with Jonathan Bailey at Milan’s fashion week and addresses his return to ‘Bridgerton’ in a caption. Page, 34, says:
“The boys are back in town. (No, I’m not going back to the show btw – the papers made that one up.) But we had the best, and most stylish, catch up I’ve had in a while over some truly excellent Italian coffee and sunshine.”
Reports show that Page had been discussing making a return to ‘Bridgerton,’ after opting out of season two. Page played the Duke of Hastings in the hit Netflix series. As previously reported, Page only had a one-season contract with the 19th century-set drama. Fans were bummed at Page’s announcement but showed support of his decision to leave the show.
