According to reports, Trey Songz was arrested last month after he was accused of punching two people in the face at a bowling alley, placing one of the alleged victims in the hospital. As previously reported, the 38-year-old allegedly punched a woman in the face back in October inside the facility’s restroom. New details about the incident note the second victim, a man, was also punched in the eye by Trey Songz. However, he allegedly refused medical treatment.

A few weeks later, Trey, born Tremaine Aldon Neverson, turned himself in to authorities and was booked. The singer was eventually released and given a desk appearance ticket for assault. The “Heart Attack” artist’s attorney, Mitch Schuster, said:
“We have been proactively communicating with NY law enforcement, the DA, and all those involved. While we will respectfully and proactively work through all the appropriate channels we are confident that Trey will be fully cleared of any wrong doing.”
