Tiger Woods’ Ex-Girlfriend Sues Athlete For $30M After She Was Allegedly Kicked Out Of His Residence
Tiger Woods’ ex-girlfriend is suing the golf star after he allegedly plotted to get her removed from his home.
According to reports, Erica Herman — who dated Tiger Woods for six years — is suing the golf star’s trust for $30 million, alleging he wrongfully evicted her out of his Hobe Sound, Florida home. Before breaking up last fall, the former couple lived together in the Florida residence throughout most of the time they were together. According to Erica Herman, she conducted “valuable services” for Tiger Woods in exchange for living in the home rent-free.
Unfortunately, Erica Herman doesn’t have her claims in writing but said their deal was an “oral tenancy agreement,” which was supposed to be valid for an additional five years.
However, Herman said that the billionaire golfer persuaded her to pack a suitcase for a brief vacation, which didn’t include him. Upon arrival at the airport, she was allegedly told she will no longer have access to the house.
Court documents state that Woods’ attorney met Herman at the airport and proposed to settle any issues she may have with her ex. In addition to the alleged eviction, Herman accused Woods of confiscating $40,000 that she had in the home.
However, according to Woods’ trust, after the pair had broken up, he asked her to leave the home, in which his two children live. The trust also claimed that there was never an oral agreement and Herman was simply living there just as his girlfriend.
As previously reported, the estranged ex has also filed legal documents claiming that Woods forced her to sign a non-disclosure agreement at the beginning of their romance. She’s now requesting that the contract – signed in 2017 – be tossed out.
