6ix9ine Warned By Police To Cancel Scheduled Puerto Rico Performance Due To Death Threats
6ix9ine has been issued a warning to not travel to Puerto Rico due to the numerous death threats that were sent to the entertainer!
The controversial rapper is set to perform on Thursday (July 20) at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico as part of the Youth Awards hosted by the Univisión network.
According to reports, Police Commissioner Antonio López Figueroa has reportedly asked Univisión to remove 6ix9ine from the roster due to alleged threats against the rapper. It was actually the Univisión network that initially warned police about the death threats. While police are aware of the situation, there is only so much that can be done to protect 6ix9ine. A security plan will be reportedly implemented to the best of their abilities.

6ix9ine has a presentation scheduled for Thursday with Dominican rapper/singer Yailin “La Más Viral. Although he has yet to respond to the reports, he did share a video to his Instagram Stories and captioned it “PR” along with the Puerto Rican flag emoji and a plane emoji, seemingly insinuating that he’s not worried about his visit to the Caribbean island.

The “FEFE” rapper has had a target on his back ever since he made the decision to cooperate with the federal government’s case against the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods gang back in 2019.
In March, 6ix9ine was attacked by a group of men at a Florida LA Fitness. The attack left the Brooklyn drill rapper with a bloody face, bruises, fractured ribs, and a blood clot in his eye. The suspects — Rafael Medina Jr., 43, Anthony Maldonado, 25, and Octavious Medina, 23 — were ultimately arrested for robbery and assault.
