Tristan Thompson’s Ex, Jordan Craig, Wants Court To Uphold $40k Monthly Child Support Despite NBA Star’s Declining Income
NBA star Tristan Thompson may have to continue paying his ex Jordan Craig a hefty sum of money in child support payments, despite his current financial status.
According to reports, Tristan Thompson has been dishing out $40,000 a month in child support for his son Prince, 6, who he shares with ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig. Now, the Instagram model reportedly wants to ensure the monthly payments from their original 2019 child support judgment continue, no matter what.

On Aug. 9, Jordan Craig reportedly filed an abstract of judgment in Los Angeles, California. The document is used to create a public record in the instance that the child support payment is not covered.

The filing from Jordan comes after the 32-year-old professional athlete’s earnings dipped over the years since the initial support settlement for their son was reached. At the time of the original agreement, Tristan Thompson played for the Cleveland Cavaliers where he was earning an annual salary of $17.7 million. However, Tristan’s income has since dropped from the amount he earned in 2019 to $9.2 million, reports claim.

On top of that, the basketball star welcomed three more children by two different women following his split from Jordan.
The father-of-four shares two children with reality TV star Khloé Kardashian; daughter True, 5, and son Tatum, 1. He also shares son Theo, 1, with fitness model Maralee Nichols. It’s reported that the Lakers player had been paying an estimated total of $120,000 in monthly child support for all three women.
