Julia Fox Claims There ‘Wasn’t Any’ Sex During Brief Relationship w/ Ex-Boyfriend Kanye West: ‘It Wasn’t Really About That’

Actress Julia Fox recently spilled some intimate details surrounding her sex life with former boyfriend Kanye “Ye” West.

In a new interview published on Monday (Sept. 25), Julia Fox, 33, addressed her short-lived romance with musical artist Kanye West, 46. You may recall, the pair famously dated for a reported two months last year before calling it quits. The “Uncut Gems” actress made it clear that she was the one who walked away from the relationship, stating she’s glad she did so. Although there was much speculation surrounding their split at the time, Julia Fox alleged that it was Kanye West’s emotional drama that ultimately caused her to end things.

According to reports, Fox said she wasn’t comfortable with West’s “unresolved issues.” She stated,

“It just seems like he had a lot to work on, and I just don’t have time for it or energy … I don’t have the bandwidth or emotional capacity for it. I’m proud of myself for that.”

The model was candid about her past fling with the Yeezy fashion designer amid a press conversation to promote her upcoming memoir “Down the Drain.” During her interview, Fox was asked why she didn’t mention anything about her sex life with West in her soon-to-be-released book. As a response, Fox claimed she never had sex with West during their brief relationship.

She said,

“Because there, like, wasn’t any. It wasn’t really about that.”

While Fox didn’t address much of her past relationship with West, she did confirm that she still has the Hermès Birkin bag that the rapper gifted her – and five of her friends – on her birthday. She also said that her romance with West would only be a small part of her memoir, according to reports. It’s important to note that West is referred to as “the artist” throughout Fox’s memoir, in which she claimed,

“their brief relationship was seemingly being directed by ‘the artist’ for the public eye.”
