Late last night (Feb. 26) Diddy, real name Sean Combs, was hit with another sexual assault lawsuit, this time from his former male employee, music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones. The 73-page complaint accuses Diddy of “racketeering activity,” “unsolicited and unauthorized groping,” drugging and possible rape, giving alcohol to underage girls, and so much more! The lawsuit also names Diddy’s 30-year-old son Justin Combs; his chief of staff, Kristina Khorram; Universal Music Group CEO Sir Lucian Grainge; and former Motown Records CEO Ethiopia Habtemariam as defendants.
According to the suit, Jones worked for Diddy from September 2022 to November 2023 to produce nine songs on the music mogul’s recent “Love” album. During that time Jones says he lived with his former boss and witnessed/experienced inappropriate and illegal behavior from not just Diddy, but also people in his inner circle. The suit notes,
“Throughout his time living with Mr. Combs, Mr. Jones was the victim of constant unsolicited and unauthorized groping and touching of his anus by Mr. Combs.”
The lawsuit details multiple alleged assault incidents, including one where Jones alludes Diddy raped him. Per the suit, on Feb. 2, 2023, he woke up nude, dizzy, and confused in bed with Diddy and two sex workers. Another concerning allegation occurred a few months prior on Thanksgiving Day in 2022. Jones says that on that day a female cousin of rapper Yung Miami, who was purportedly dating Diddy at the time, sexually assaulted him “in the presence of Mr. Combs and his staff.”
Even though Yung Miami wasn’t named as a defendant in the lawsuit, the “50/50” artist has still landed in the hot seat as many have accused her of being aware of what Diddy allegedly likes to do in his spare time.
One person wrote via X,
“Yung Miami career about to be ruined behind f*cking with puffy. People got to remember all money ain’t good money. People be forgetting about moral and ethics when they are chasing a bag.”
Another person also pulled up an old post where Yung Miami told Diddy’s ex-fling Gina Huynh, “If I wanted you to eat my p*ssy diddy would’ve had you on your knees h*e!!! You a eater!!!!!”
The X user added,
“Yup . she’s apart of the trafficking as well. Lock YUNG MIAMI UP.”
Another person said,
“Yung Miami it was your mans IT WAS YOUR BOY. Don’t get quiet now…… #Diddy”
