Update (July 3, 2024): Julio Foolio’s Instagram account isn’t letting up, even if the rapper is no longer alive.
On Tuesday (July 2), Instagram account @riemoh uploaded a photo of what appears to be a person aiming a firearm at a car. The image is blurry, however, the account added the caption,
“New photo has surfaced online of one of the alleged suspects in the #JulioFoolio shooting ? #Jacksonville“

In the comment section, Julio Foolio’s verified account ironically wrote,
“DEMI GOD ?”
Julio Foolio often referred to himself as the deity, alleging that he was untouchable and would never die.

Original story (July 2, 2024): Fans of the late rapper Julio Foolio were disturbed to see posts continuing to appear on his Instagram account days after his death.
The Florida rapper was fatally shot in an ambush during his 26th birthday celebration at a Holiday Inn in the early hours of June 23rd.

On June 30th, a brief interview clip surfaced on Julio Foolio’s Instagram account. In it, he was asked how he would like to be remembered after his passing, to which he responded,
“As a funny, good hearted young man.”

On July 1st, a clip from the No Jumper podcast featuring Julio Foolio was shared on his Instagram page, where he referred to himself as a demigod and confidently stated:
“I’m going to be here for sure. I ain’t going nowhere, I’m a demigod… you can’t get me.”

The post was accompanied by a caption stating:
“I’ll never die, I’m a demigod.”

Julio’s followers appear somewhat perplexed; while many believe a loved one could be posting on his behalf posthumously, others suspect the rapper may still be alive.
One Instagram user commented,
“I’m convinced bros alive.”

Another Instagram user wrote,
“Y’all acting like somebody else can’t post on his account.”

Even though some are speculating about Julio’s death, on June 25th, the rapper’s mother, Sandrikas Mays, confirmed it and announced that she would be working on a documentary in his memory:
“RIP Son … Charles Jones II “Foolio” The “Real” Life Story Documentary Coming Soon … The story that only I can tell because I know the Truths from the Fakes, I think I’m the “ONLY” mother that keep it Real while MOST others know damn well what was going on with their OWN sons , this been going on since 2014-2015.”
