Keke Palmer Criticized After Being Spotted w/ Son’s Father Darius Jackson Following Domestic Violence Allegations

Actress Keke Palmer is getting some backlash from internet users.

The TV and movie star came under fire recently after a photo was posted of her kicking it with her child’s father Darius Jackson, despite the allegations of abuse she made against him.

Commenters have been sharing their critical thoughts about Lauren ‘Keke’ Palmer, 30, going on a nature outing with her son Leo’s father Darius Jackson since he posted the image to his since expired/deleted Instagram story. The co-parents donned workout gear as they smiled next to the 1-year-old, with Darius Jackson, 30, captioning the picture:

“the boy & his folks”

Reacting to the photo, many social media users criticized the Nope star, surmising that she’s re-sparked a romance with Jackson. One user wrote:

“This is why everybody gotta mind their business baby they give these baby daddies 50 million chances” 

Another added:

“Unfortunately, we can’t unsee what we saw”

While many others shared the same opinion, some came to Palmer’s defense. Supporters slammed those assuming she’s pursuing a relationship with Jackson again, surmising that maybe she just wants a healthy co-parenting relationship for the sake of her child.

If you recall, Palmer and Jackson’s love affair turned into a bitter custody battle after Palmer accused Jackson of verbally and physically abusing her multiple times throughout their 2-year-relationship, successfully securing a restraining order for her and her son against him.

As we covered back in May, however, the latest reports about the court case claimed that the two attempted to mediate the matter without the courts and that Jackson “called a truce” seeking peace.
