Al B. Sure! Threatens Legal Action Over ‘Fake’ Kim Porter Memoir That Claims He Had Sex w/ Diddy
Al B. Sure! may be headed to court over claims written in a “fake” memoir with alleged diary entries from his late ex-wife, Kim Porter.
The R&B singer took to social media today (Sep. 23) to call for an investigation into the individuals who worked closely with the model prior to her untimely passing. In a few lengthy posts shared to Instagram, Al B. Sure! claimed that the people around Kim Porter were instructed to steal her “original book notes” about her ex, music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, 56, and turned them into “fabricated bullshit and offensive pages circulated via Amazon.”
Before the release of the alleged book, Kim Porter died in her home in November 2018 reportedly from pneumonia.
Alongside pages of the published alleged diary entries, the 56-year-old wrote,
“I am writing this post to formally request an investigation into an entire group of individuals who worked at or around the residence of Ms. Kimberly Porter including the publicists who assisted drafting this.”
Speaking on a chapter in the book that claims the “Nite and Day” singer had sexual relations with Diddy, Al B. Sure! continued,
“It has come to my attention that these persons were also instructed to steal her computer and mobile devices, which contained her ‘original book notes.’ Original notes are distinct from the fabricated bullsh*t and offensive pages circulated via Amazon which depict graphic sexual acts involving me that NEVER took place and were edited and added after Ms. Porter’s tragic murder.”
In a separate post, Al B. stated,
“Unfortunately, Kimberlina was taken from us way to soon and before she could complete her true thoughts before this FAKE Unauthorized EDIT released on AMAZON which the disappearance of her computer and vital evidence raises significantly more questions.”
He furthered,
“There will be [a] significant suit headed right for the heads of the responsible parties who dragged my name into this bullsh*t.”
Al B.’s posts urging an investigation into the alleged book from Porter come after Diddy’s recent arrest. As reported, Diddy was arrested in New York and charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He pleaded not guilty to the charges and is currently being held without bond at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York.
