50 Cent Responds After Omari Hardwick Claimed He Wasn’t Paid Fairly While Filming ‘Power’: ‘I Think He Over-Values Himself
50 Cent is addressing Omari Hardwick’s claims that he didn’t receive fair pay during his time starring in “Power.”
The G-Unit founder discussed the matter on “The Breakfast Club” earlier today (Oct. 29), stating:
“I think he over-values himself, to be honest with you…it’s been a long time since he’s been in ‘Power,’ why aren’t we excited about his new projects?”
After co-host Charlamagne tha God stated that he wasn’t aware Hardwick had anything else going on, 50 added:
“That is exactly what I’m talking about. If there was noise going on, if you was that big of a draw…we would see you out where you actively in a place where people are looking for you.”
50 went on to confirm that he’s not really “cool” with his former co-star at the moment because he doesn’t appreciate Hardwick suggesting he wasn’t looked out for.
Hardwick first made the claims on an episode of The Pivot podcast where he revealed despite making $150,000 an episode, he feels he still wasn’t paid what he was worth being “the face of the network.”
