Al B. Sure! has hinted that 50 Cent’s upcoming documentary about Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs might shed light on his mysterious illness and coma.
The R&B singer teased fans during a recent performance, stating,
“This time, a little while ago, I was deep in a coma… I guess we’re going to have to watch 50’s movie to find out what happened.”

Al B. Sure! was in a coma for two months in 2022 after collapsing and reportedly undergoing liver surgery. He has since alluded a few times that the jailed music mogul may have been involved in the incident.
