Drake Says He Pitched A “God’s Plan” Series To Amazon Founder Jeff Bezos, But He Declined
Drake revealed that his recent stream with Adin Ross ties into a larger vision he once pitched to Amazon founder Jeff Bezos: a TV series expanding on his “God’s Plan” video, where he gave away money to those in need.

During the holiday stream, billed as the “biggest streaming giveaway ever,” Drake shared his concept with Ross, comparing it to Anthony Bourdain’s food-travel shows. “This is a thing I wanted to do ever since I shot that [‘God’s Plan’] video,” Drake said.
“I asked Jeff Bezos… The word I got back is that he didn’t want to do it.”
Explaining further, he said,
“Anthony Bourdain traveled the world, showed people different spots, took people into places they’d never see. I want to do God’s Plan the TV show, ten episodes a year. I want to travel across the world.”
Drake envisions teaming up with billionaires to give away tens of millions of dollars at each notable location, putting
“a face to their charitable actions.”
