O.J. Simpson’s Estate Sues His Son Justin Simpson For Allegedly Moving Into O.J.’s Home & Not Leaving
O.J. Simpson’s estate is suing his son Justin Simpson for allegedly moving into O.J. Simpson’s house and refusing to leave.
According to TMZ, the lawsuit was filed by Malcolm LaVergne, the lawyer managing O.J. Simpson‘s estate. He claims that Justin Simpson, who runs a company called Primary Holdings, moved into the home where O.J. lived before he passed away. The house was originally bought through Primary Holdings to protect O.J.‘s financial interests and keep it safe from creditors.
LaVergne says that after O.J.’s de@th, Justin Simpson started living there, claiming that since he owns Primary Holdings, the house now belongs to him. However, LaVergne argues that O.J., who died in April 2024 of prostate cancer, was the one who made the house payments and never intended for the property to be separated from his estate.
LaVergne also claims that Justin refuses to leave the house or pay back the estate for O.J.’s contributions, even though Justin owns another home nearby. He says Justin’s actions go against what O.J. wanted in his will, which did not give Justin ownership of the house.
Justin has not yet responded to the lawsuit.
