‘The Pitt’ Actor Noah Wyle Explains Why He Declined ‘The Jennifer Hudson Show’ Spirit Tunnel
Noah Wyle is opening up about why he opted out of The Jennifer Hudson Show spirit tunnel.
During his appearance, Wyle was given the chance to join in on the fun, but politely declined. He explained, “It would’ve triggered a bigger breakdown than I had on The Pitt two weeks ago if I had done it,” referencing an emotional scene from the show where his character, Dr. Michael “Robby” Robinavitch, struggles after losing a patient.

Wyle also recalled an embarrassing childhood dance moment at a bar mitzvah in 1984 that stuck with him. “I attempted the worm and it all collapsed on me,” he laughed, explaining why he’s hesitant to dance in public.
Hudson was understanding, telling him, “We’re just happy to have you here.”
