The Game Forced To Sell Calabasas Home To Help Pay $7 Million S*xual A$$ault Judgment Owed To Priscilla Rainey
The Game just took a major loss.
According to AllHipHop, after years of legal back and forth, a judge has approved the sale of the rapper’s Calabasas estate to help cover the $7.13 million judgment awarded to Priscilla Rainey, who sued him in 2015 for an alleged s*xual a$$ault during the filming of his VH1 reality show, She’s Got Game. Game denied the claims but skipped out on court in 2016, resulting in a default judgment.

Rainey has been going after the money ever since, seizing royalties, targeting his businesses, and now his house. On May 2, the court reportedly granted her request to sell the property, which is currently valued at around $4,037,500, according to Zillow.
Despite The Game’s argument that the house was protected under California’s homestead exemption, the home must go.
