Frontier Airlines Employees Fired After Mocking Passenger Over $25 Check-In Fee During Heated Exchange
Things got tense at Raleigh-Durham International Airport. A viral video shows two Frontier Airlines employees mocking a passenger over his complaints about an unexpected $25 fee for in-person help checking in for his flight.

In the footage, one worker taunts the man and says, “And you thought you were gonna get on your flight,” while the other laughs behind the counter. The passenger, clearly upset, continues to ask for help as he records the crazy interaction

Frontier says both workers, who were employed through a third-party contractor, have since been fired. The airline also shared with TMZ that the man’s original flight was refunded, and he was reimbursed for the flight he booked back home.
Was this a fair response, or were the employees justified in their actions?
