Deion Sanders’ Journey From ‘Prime Time’ To ‘Coach Prime’ To Be Explored In Upcoming Netflix Series, Premiering In 2026
Netflix is diving into the legendary journey of Deion Sanders in a new docuseries, “Prime Time.”
In 1989, Deion Sanders made history by hitting a Yankees home run and returning a Falcons punt for a touchdown in the same week—earning his “Prime Time” nickname.
Now “Coach Prime” at Colorado, Deion Sanders reflects on his evolution: “I was Prime Time, then I dropped the ‘Time’ and went by Prime, and now…they call me Coach Prime.”
For the first time, he shares his unfiltered story: “Y’all knew a part of me… but you never knew Deion.”
