’16 & Pregnant’ Star Whitney Purvis Arrested For Involuntary Manslaughter After Allegedly Supplying Drugs Linked To Fatal Overdose

Whitney Purvis is facing serious legal trouble.

The 16 & Pregnant star was arrested Monday (July 7) in Floyd County, Georgia, and charged with involuntary manslaughter for allegedly distributing a drug known as Tranq. Authorities say the drug, a mix of fentanyl and xylazine, led to the death of a man named John Mark Harris.

She was also charged with possession with intent to distribute. The arrest comes just weeks after the death of her teenage son Weston, who reportedly passed from natural causes.

So far, no statement from her team.
