T.D. Jakes Says 44,000 Bots Were ‘Released’ On Him Amid Claims He Was Involved In Diddy Scandal
T.D. Jakes is speaking out about the false rumors that tied him to Diddy’s legal troubles, revealing it was part of a massive AI-driven smear campaign.
“When the [rumors] first broke out, it was 44,000 bots that were released on me,” Jakes said during a recent interview. “An investigation discovered that 98% of them were all artificial intelligence-generated.”
The pastor was falsely linked to salacious accusations involving Diddy, with fake videos and AI-edited thumbnails circulating across social media. Jakes was only mentioned in one lawsuit as someone Diddy allegedly tried to use for image control. He was never accused of any wrongdoing.
“That’s kinda water under the bridge,” he said. “If there were anything there, the FBI would have been in it.”
Jakes also cautioned the public about where they get information.
“We have got to stop getting our information from TikTok.”
