Disney To ‘Fully Integrate’ Hulu Into Disney+ By 2026
Disney is making a big move.
Hulu will be “fully integrated” into #DisneyPlus by 2026, creating one unified app. CEO Bob Iger and CFO Hugh Johnston said, “Today, we are announcing a major step forward in strengthening our streaming offering by fully integrating Hulu into Disney+.”
They added that this will combine “the highest-caliber brands and franchises, great general entertainment, family programming, news, and industry-leading live sports content in a single app.”

Subscribers can still opt for stand-alone Hulu or Disney+ plans, but the integration offers more convenience, choice, and personalization.
Meanwhile, Hulu’s live TV subscribers will be transitioned to Fubo through a proposed joint venture majority-owned by Disney.
This integration follows Disney’s full acquisition of Hulu from Comcast in June 2025.
