Tory Lanez Loses Appeal In Megan Thee Stallion Sh**ting Case, 10-Year Prison Sentence Upheld
#ToryLanez should go ahead and get comfortable behind bars.
According to court documents obtained by journalist Meghann Cuniff, the California Court of Appeals has affirmed Tory Lanez’s felony convictions and 10-year prison sentence for sh**ting #MeganTheeStallion. As reported, in 2020, Megan was sh*t in the feet following a dispute that broke out after a party in the #HollywoodHills. She later identified Lanez, whose real name is Daystar Peterson, as the shooter.
Following a high-profile trial in December 2022, Lanez was found guilty on three felony counts: a$$ault with a $emiautomatic fire@rm, carrying a loaded, unregistered fire@rm in a vehicle, and discharging a fire@rm with gross negligence. In August 2023, he was sentenced to 10 years in prison. The appeals court affirming both his convictions and sentence means the original judgment remains in place.
