Rihanna & A$AP Rocky Spotted w/ Heavy Security In First Joint Outing Since Home Shooting
#Rihanna and A$AP Rocky are doing what they can to stay safe.
The couple has been spotted out together for the first time since the frightening shooting at Rihanna’s California home. Paparazzi captured them in #NewYorkCity, surrounded by heavy security as they exited a Manhattan building and quickly made their way into a waiting SUV.
The sighting comes after a woman allegedly opened fire on Rihanna’s $14 million residence while she, Rocky, and their three young children were on the property. The suspect, quickly identified as Ivanna Ortiz, 35, was arrested and later charged with attempted murder along with multiple firearm-related offenses. During the incident, bullets reportedly struck the home’s security gate and an Airstream trailer where the family had been at the time.
Ortiz, who appeared in court shortly after her arrest, could face life in prison if convicted. Prosecutors also allege she fired at another nearby home during the incident. Despite the terrifying situation, no injuries were reported, though the ordeal has clearly prompted heightened security measures for the famous couple since the attack.
