Tupac Shakur Wrongful D*ath Lawsuit Alleges “Wider Conspiracy” – Seeks To Identify Up To 99 Potential Co-Conspirators
Nearly three decades after Tupac Shakur was fatally shot in Las Vegas, his family is taking renewed legal action in an effort to uncover what they believe could be a much larger network tied to his d*ath.
According to reports, Tupac’s stepbrother has filed a wrongful d*ath lawsuit against Duane “Keffe D” Davis — the only person charged in connection with the 1996 killing — along with numerous unnamed individuals.
The civil filing alleges that others may have played a role in the fatal sh**ting and seeks to identify up to 99 potential co-conspirators, suggesting the case extends beyond a single suspect.
Tupac was sh*t in a drive-by attack on the Las Vegas Strip in September 1996 after attending a Mike Tyson fight. The case went unsolved for decades until Davis was arrested in 2023 and later charged in connection with the shooting. He has pleaded not guilty.
The lawsuit reportedly points to recent developments, including grand jury proceedings and previously surfaced information, as part of the basis for pursuing additional accountability.
While the criminal case against Davis is ongoing, Tupac’s family says this civil action is aimed at uncovering the full scope of what happened — and holding any others involved responsible.
