Michael B. Jordan Has New Amazon Projects Including ‘Creed’ Spinoff, Muhammad Ali Series & ‘Fourth Wing’
Michael B. Jordan is making major moves behind the scenes at Amazon.
During Amazon’s 2026 upfront presentation in New York, the actor and producer surprised attendees by previewing several upcoming television projects under his Outlier Society banner — including a Muhammad Ali drama series, a “Creed” universe spinoff, and the highly anticipated adaptation of the bestselling fantasy novel “Fourth Wing.”
One of the biggest reveals was “The Greatest,” an authorized scripted series about boxing legend Muhammad Ali. The project stars Jaalen Best as Ali and is being produced with involvement from Ali’s estate, including his widow, Lonnie Ali. The cast also reportedly includes Michael Ealy as Malcolm X and Omari Hardwick as Ali’s father.
Jordan also shared updates on “Delphi,” the upcoming live-action spinoff set in the “Rocky” and “Creed” universe. The series will reportedly follow young fighters training at Delphi Boxing Academy, the iconic gym featured throughout the franchise. Production is expected to begin later this month in Los Angeles.
Meanwhile, fantasy fans finally got confirmation that Rebecca Yarros’ viral BookTok sensation “Fourth Wing” officially received a series order at Prime Video. Jordan’s company secured rights to the franchise back in 2023, and the adaptation already has an intensely loyal fan base online.
The announcements further cement Jordan’s growing influence at Amazon, where his Outlier Society production company continues expanding across film and television. While many fans first connected him to blockbuster franchises on-screen, it’s becoming increasingly clear he’s focused on building them behind the camera too.
