Photos, & Any NDAs
#DamianLillard’s ex-wife, Kay’La Lillard, is seeking answers.
Kay’La has taken legal action by issuing a subpoena to a woman named Justie Wolf, whom she believes may have had a child with the Portland Trail Blazers star. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Kay’La is seeking answers about Justie’s child and her relationship with Damian, including copies of any communications between the two regarding a child named Aura, particularly messages from around the time Damian may have first learned he could be the father.
The subpoena goes further, also requesting any paternity test results, photos of Damian with the child, and any non-disclosure agreement signed in connection with the matter. Justie Wolf is reportedly opposing the request, signaling the legal battle could get contentious before any information is turned over. The divorce proceedings stem from Damian filing to end his marriage to Kay’La in October 2023. The two had wed in 2021 and share three children.
