Kylie Jenner Sued By Former Chef Who Claims Grueling Work Conditions Led To Miscarriage

Kylie Jenner is facing another lawsuit from a former employee.

According to court documents, Jenner’s former private chef has filed a lawsuit alleging she suffered a miscarriage after being subjected to long hours and physically demanding work while pregnant. The woman claims she routinely worked 11- to 12-hour shifts, five days a week, despite informing supervisors that she was pregnant and needed workplace accommodations.

The lawsuit alleges that on New Year’s Eve 2024, the chef was instructed to move heavy food items without assistance, causing her to become dizzy and struggle to breathe. She also claims that while working a birthday celebration for one of Jenner’s children in Palm Springs in February 2025, she was denied adequate help despite expressing concerns about the workload. The following morning, she says she experienced severe bleeding and later learned she had lost her pregnancy.

In addition to alleging pregnancy discrimination, the former chef claims she was misclassified as an independent contractor, denied proper wages, wrongfully terminated, and retaliated against after raising concerns about her treatment. She is seeking unspecified damages. Jenner’s business management firm, Tri Star, is also named as a defendant in the lawsuit.

The filing marks the third lawsuit brought against Jenner by a former household employee in recent months. Two former housekeepers previously accused the beauty mogul and members of her household staff of workplace discrimination, harassment, and labor violations. Jenner has not publicly responded to the latest allegations.
