‘Top Boy’ Star Micheal Ward Accused Of R*ping “Scared” Victim In Car After London Nightclub

Micheal Ward is facing serious allegations in a London courtroom as his r@pe and s*xual a$$ault trial gets underway.

The 28-year-old actor, best known for Netflix’s “Top Boy” and the film “Blue Story,” is accused of r@ping and s*xually a$$aulting a woman in a car after meeting her at a nightclub party in north-east London in 2023.

Jurors at Snaresbrook Crown Court heard that the woman recognized Ward from his TV and film work and felt flattered when he asked for her Snapchat. The court was told the two later kissed in a friend’s Mercedes before he allegedly invited her and her friends to another afterparty.

According to a police interview played in court, the woman said she felt “numb” and “scared” during the alleged a$$ault and remembered “wanting it all to be over.” She also told police, “I tried to leave the vehicle and he told me to close the door.”

Ward denies two counts of r@pe and three counts of s*xual a$$aults, saying, “I deny the allegation of r@pe. I want to put on record that we had consensual foreplay and consensual s*x.”

The trial continues.
