“Black Ink Crew: Chicago” Alum Charmaine Reveals She’s Moved To Africa With Her Family
Charmaine Bey is on to her next adventure!
The former reality star and media personality surprised fans with a major life update, sharing, “Hey yall, my family decided to move to Africa. We packed 13 suitcases and got the f*ck. Crazy I know but it’s so much fun.” Over on Instagram, Charmaine and her husband, writer and director Níck Bey, documented their final meal in Los Angeles with their daughters before making the move overseas.
Charmaine rose to fame on the VH1 series #BlackInkCrew: Chicago, which ran for seven seasons from 2015 to 2022. Keeping fans updated on the big move, Charmaine later shared, “Look at this warm welcome we received at 5 in the morning! I wish you all can feel how our spirits awakened from this. Kenya, we are here and here to stay! Thank you for all the prayers and well wishes. We just wanted to let you know we made it to Kenya safe and sound!”
