The “Silent (Hush)” option, described as “Absolutely no talking, relaxing sounds or low music if desired,” has sparked mixed reactions, with some dragging the stylist for charging clients not to talk (or be spoken to) during the appointment. However, others are defending the booking option, saying they understand why a stylist would offer a 100% quiet experience for an additional fee.
