#KimZolciak’s son might not be going home anytime soon.

15-year-old Kroy Biermann Jr., the eldest son of the former “#RHOA” star and retired NFL player #KroyBiermann, was indicted by a Georgia grand jury today (Sept. 3) and is facing seven charges, including aggravated child mole$tation, aggravated sodomy, aggravated s3xual battery, three counts of aggravated s3xual battery involving a victim under 16, and false imprisonment.

The charges stem from an alleged incident in a changing area/sauna at a Life Time Fitness gym. A teenage girl – who described herself as his “girlfriend’s best friend” — accused him of s3xually a$$aulting her, claiming KJ forced himself on her and attempted “multiple times to have s3xual intercourse with her by trying to pull down her pants,” despite her rejections. Additionally, she accused KJ of forcing her to provide oral s3x before he digitally penetrated her vagina, claiming that when she “finally managed to get away from him … he pulled up his pants and left.”

A day before the indictment, KJ’s attorney had asked a judge to release him on bond, citing his academic record, scholarship offers, and community ties, and stating that his client had taken and passed a polygraph on two questions related to the incident, though further details weren’t disclosed. KJ is currently being held at Atlanta’s Metro Regional Youth Detention Center.
