Ochocinco Will Not Serve Jail Time for Domestic Violence Dispute

According to reports, Chad ‘Ochocinco’ Johnson will not serve jail time for the alleged domestic violence incident involved his ex-wife, Evelyn Lozada. Sources close to TMZ, claim that he agreed to be placed on probation and complete extensive anger management counseling, in exchange for either a guilty or no contest plea. He’s also agreed to stay away from the Basketball Wives star (their divorce was finalized this week). All of this reportedly will be finalized at some point on Friday, after its signed off by a judge. In a recent interview with Inside the NFL, Ocho admitted that he has anger issues, explaining:
‘I’m trying to find out how can I channel my anger when I’m in situations to where I would pop off. How can I diffuse those situations, trigger points? Right now I need to work on Chad. I had an altercation with my wife. I take full responsibility for it. I apologise for it. I’m human and I made a mistake.’
Is it fair that Ocho will not serve jail time?
