Ochocinco Will Not Serve Jail Time for Domestic Violence Dispute

According to reports, Chad ‘Ochocinco’ Johnson will not serve jail time for the alleged domestic violence incident involved his ex-wife, Evelyn Lozada. Sources close to TMZ, claim that he agreed to be placed on probation and complete extensive anger management counseling, in exchange for either a guilty or no contest plea. He’s also agreed to stay away from the Basketball Wives star (their divorce was finalized this week). All of this reportedly will be finalized at some point on Friday, after its signed off by a judge. In a recent interview with Inside the NFL, Ocho admitted that he has anger issues, explaining:
‘I’m trying to find out how can I channel my anger when I’m in situations to where I would pop off. How can I diffuse those situations, trigger points? Right now I need to work on Chad. I had an altercation with my wife. I take full responsibility for it. I apologise for it. I’m human and I made a mistake.’
Is it fair that Ocho will not serve jail time?

Hey if a person who gets a slap on the wrist for driving drunk numerous times until he kills someone because of supposedly overcrowding in the system, who is to say whether Ocho’s plea agreement is fair. The justice system is fickle and at the end of the day, a person has a right to plea bargain. Hopefully, he will work on himself, stay away from her and not get into anymore trouble. However, we know people (particularly women) will be looking to try and set him up in some way. I think that will be his downfall again. Maybe if he and when he gets back in the NFL, it will help him focus.
That suit should be condemned.
