When A ‘Smokey-Eye’ Goes Wrong, Introducing Raven-Symone

I don’t want to be too overly critical here, folks, but is it me or is that smokey eye that Raven-Symone is rockin’ just a bit TOO smokey? Here she is, in town for the Kentucky Derby, at the Glitz and Glam Gala Presented by Grey Goose Vodka at The Louisville Palace Theater. Am I right or totally off base, here?

    I like her make up I think she looks pretty she does however look older then her age she looks like she’s 28 -30 years old
