Beyoncé’s Pockets Take A Miami Real Estate Loss ::: We Doubt She Noticed

Back in 2002, Beyonce Knowles copped a conservative Miami beachfront condo for $465,000. The condo wasn’t too fancy–only 190 square feet and one 1/2 bathroom–we assume the property was something convenient to have that’s a hop-skip-and-a-jump from the beach. Anywho, fast forward to the present day and Beyonce took a big loss selling the property. TMZ reports that they asked for $135,000 and it sold for $110,000. Keep in mind, she paid $465,000 for it. I would say ouch, but we’re sure her bank account or accountant barely noticed :)

And in more pleasant Beyonce news, Jones magazine is featuring Beyoncé on the cover of its first ever arts and entertainment issue–recognizing her contributions to music, film, fashion and beyond. Photographed by Greg Gex and written by Kim Osorio, the issue hits newsstands on December 15th.
