Serena Williams Pops Slick on “Backstabbing Friends” Who Leaked Her Rap Song

Serena Williams recently addressed her leaked rap song, alleged rap career and “back stabbing friends.” The untitled track began surfacing around the internet last Friday which sparked conversation of the tennis star’s new talent to add to her resume. On Wednesday at a press conference after her victory at the Italian Open in Rome Serena stated,

“Well, I was in the studio with friends and I wanted to do something and so they said do this and it was for me. The next thing I know — that was one or two years ago and then I read online that I was a rapper and so my back-stabbing friends did that to me and so if I see them, I will act like a rapper — if you can get my drift.”

So I guess this means no Serena Williams album? :( If you haven’t heard it catch the track here.
