[Photo] Meek Mill Detained By Philly Police
After his album release party, rapper Meek Mill (real name Robert Williams) was detained, in his hometown of Philly. The incident was confirmed by Meek’s twitter and an official policie officer. Philadelphia Police spokeswoman Julian Russell confirmed the incident saying,
“He was stopped in a vehicle but was not arrested. He was only detained in a substation. In normal cases, we do not give out this kind of information, so I can’t release anything further.”
Meek took to twitter, unleashing the following tweets:
Meanwhile, predictions for his album (that dropped Tuesday), seem to be looking well. Hitsdailydouble suggests that it should move around 175k – 200k units.
